Combine strawberries and gelatin powder and set aside. In a bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light. Add eggs and beat in vanilla. To it combine the flour, baking powder and salt with milk, beating well. Spoon strawberry mixture evenly over the marshmallows and pour the batter. Bake for 50 mins, cool and garnish with strawberries and whipped cream.
7.Pistachio Cardamom Cheesecake

Combine cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter. Press onto the prepared pan and place it on a baking sheet to bake for 15 minutes. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and then beat in the milk, lemon juice, cardamom and eggs until combined. Fold in pistachios and pour the batter over the crust. Place springform pan boiling water in a larger pan and bake for 40 mins. Cool cheesecake for 10 minutes and refrigerate overnight.
