- Lemon and orange zest
- Milk
- Corn flour
- Sugar
- Orange food colour
- Fresh cream
- Orange flavoured tang

Combine coffee powder in hot water and keep aside. In a small bowl mix corn flour, milk powder and cold milk and keep aside. In another bowl, soak the saffron in warm milk. In a large deep non-stick pan boil the milk for 5 mins along with added sugar, saffron mixture and cardamom powder. Stir occasionally. Now add the corn flour mixture to the milk and cook on medium flame for about 5 mins, while stirring continuously. Finally add coffee powder water to the milk mix well and turn off the flame. Remove from the stove and let it cool down completely. Add fresh cream and vanilla essence to the cooled mixture and stir well.
